Based on feedback from our experts, we have today upgraded Docslot's invoicing capabilities to a complete invoicing and statementing package for all your medico legal work - at no extra charge to our users.

All work, not only that booked through Docslot, can be invoiced for. Invoices can be generated from the diary or at any time from the "Generate Invoice" page.

All unpaid invoices for an agency can be gathered together into statements using the "Generate Statements" button on the "List Invoices" page. This allows both you and the agency to quickly access the state of your account with them and easily address groups of unpaid invoices.

The advantage of using Docslot for this task is that the system already holds all the information it needs to generate invoices and statements, such as the relevant demographic details and the outcome of the case. This makes this task much quicker.

Docslot can also be used for all your work. Cases not booked by agencies into your Docslot diary can be entered yourself by reserving appointments with the red arrow in your diary, and then selecting the "Other Medico-Legal Work" option. This is at no extra charge.

This allows you to standardise the way you invoice across your medico legal work, meaning there's no need to pay for additional accountancy packages.
