Searching For Medico-Legal Appointments

We've made some changes today to the Docslot search page, allowing experts to more easily find cases on the website. These changes are especially useful for users who want more details about what Docslot is invoicing them for, and for groups of experts who wish to do expert-specific searches.

Some of our users were experiencing problems receiving Docslot invoices because previously our invoices listed the name of each claimant for which Docslot was invoicing. This meant that the invoice files were, in some cases, very large in size and rejected by some email inboxes.

We therefore had to remove the claimant names from the invoices to make sure that they will be accepted by email inboxes. Now, to access the cases that we have invoiced for month to month, you can conduct a search from the "Medico-Legal Cases" page on Docslot.

Groups of experts can now search by individual doctor, not only for all their cases but also for the list of "Outstanding Cases" from which cases needing the expert's attention can be checked off one by one.

DNAs can also now be searched for allowing you to bring up lists of claimants who failed to attend appointments, in addition to the DNA rate information provided to you by the "Booking Statistics" page.

Please let us know if you have any feedback or further suggestions for the case search page on Docslot.
